Step 1:

Power Off your phone.

Step 2:

Press and hold the Power key, Volume Up, and Home button at the same time. Release all three buttons when you see the logo and then you will get into the Recovery Mode interface.

Step 3:

Scroll down to select wipe data/factory reset option with the Volume down button and use the Power key to confirm it.

Important note:
  1. All the data on your Android would be wiped out after the process.
  2. The above guide is only an example to enter Recovery mode in Samsung. Actually, different phone models to boot into Recovery mode maybe not the same. You can also search for it on the internet for your own.

You can as well do it from settings e.g:

  1. Go to the “Settings” app on your Android device.

2 Tap the “Backup and reset” option and then scroll down to the button of the screen and choose “Factory data reset” from the options. And now, please tap on the “RESET DEVICE ” button to reset your Android to factory defaults.

After backing and formatting, you can then restore back the backup. First, make sure you have the backup service running on your current phone.

  1. Open Settings from the home screen or app drawer.
  2. Navigate to Backup & reset.
  3. Select Back up my data.
  4. Toggle Back up my data to On.
  5. Select Back to go back to Backup & reset.
  6. Check that the correct Google account is selected and restore it. After the processes, you would have noticed that your phone is cool and normal in temperature.

If that doesn't solve the problem. Don't get frustrated, try another good method. There are other great measures.
