See New Amazing Features Set To Hit Whatsapp Web Version

WhatsApp Web version will be getting an update anytime soon and will bring in two new and amazing features. The features are private replies and picture in picture. The popular instant messenger has rolled out a lot of updates lately. So we should be expecting these new ones hopefully before the end of this year.

According to an insider @Wabetainfo, the new features are still under test and development, but here's how they'll work.

WhatsApp Private Replies Feature

The reply feature on WhatsApp will be getting a boost, and very soon, users will be able to privately reply a message received in a group.

Once the update is out, you can access this feature by using the new “Reply privately” button, then WhatsApp will automatically open the chat with the contact to send a message. For the receiver to know what you're talking about, the message you send will quote the group message.

WhatsApp Picture in Picture Feature

With this feature, you'll be able to watch videos and chat at the same time. To achieve this, WhatsApp PiP will open the sent/received video in a separate window.

There'll be a new icon when watching a video, and once you tap on it, the picture in picture will start—with the selected video—in a new window with a beautiful user interface.

Like I earlier stated, all these are expected to debut on the WhatsApp web/desktop version before next year.
