Know that whenever you block someone they will no longer be able to tag you or see things you post on your timeline. If you're friends, blocking will also unfriend them.

And on the contrary, when you unblock someone, that person will be able to see your posts on Facebook that you share with the public. Although, the person won't automatically become your friend on Facebook unless you send them a friend request.

  1. Tap the three lines from the top left corner.
  2. Scroll down and tap Account Settings and then, Blocking.
  3. Enter the person's name and tap Block.
  4. On the search results page that appears, find the person you want to block and tap Block again.
